Abby and Lily are great cleaners and there favorite thing to clean is the windows. I couldn't resist taking a picture when they were cleaning our sliding glass door.

Doug and Hailey's Wedding
I grew up in Washington state with my cousins Doug and Mandy and they were like another brother and sister. We did everything with their family--vacations, birthdays, holidays, concerts, games, etc. We were all very close and try to still be today despite long distances between us! My cousin Doug married his girlfriend, Hailey on August 25th in Washington and we traveled quickly there and back because we could not miss it. We had all begun school, so we left Thursday after Matt's last class and drove all night until we arrived in Washington. We loved seeing and playing with cousins!

On the 25th we went to Doug and Hailey's beautiful wedding.

After the wedding we went to the reception for socializing and refreshments
Unfortunately we had to get back to California right away so we had to leave the reception and begin our drive. We once again drove through the night and I think it was one of the longest nights of our lives! Matt and I switched off each hour and made it home. The girls slept and thought the whole weekend was wonderful! So did we--but we sure were tired! I am so glad we got to go to the wedding.
